Easter Breakfast Ideas
Easter is such a fun holiday to spend together with family. Egg hunts, church services, Easter baskets, brunches, getting dressed up and more! We’ve started creating fun holiday breakfasts for our kids each year even if its something small and simple. To be completely honest, most of the time this consists of some type of cinnamon roll!
For busy moms (sooo basically all moms right?) a special Easter morning breakfast can be just another thing to worry about. That is why I’ve done the research for you here and came up with adorable, simple and affordable Easter breakfast ideas that are sure to surprise & delight your family.

Here are some absolutely adorable and totally doable Easter Breakfast Ideas to try with your family.
Have fun browsing these adorable Easter breakfast ideas! I’ve found ideas for little kids that prefer fruit, kids that prefer eggs and those like mine who enjoy it all including cinnamon rolls, pancakes and more! Everything outside of the Smoked Cinnamon rolls is super easy to make and only require a couple ingredients.
The best way to dress up any old breakfast is to grab your Easter dishes (or some disposable themed plates!) and use your kids favorite treats to create a delicious Easter breakfast for kids.
1. Bunny Cinnamon Rolls
Here is our Easter breakfast from last year with the kids. After we opened baskets I preheated the oven and got the cinnamon rolls cooking.
What do you need?
- Cinnamon Rolls
- Candy Bunny Ears
- Whipped Cream
Once they were finished, we made chocolate milks topped with whipped cream and covered our cinnamon rolls with icing and two candy bunny ears. Definitely an easy win!

2. Bunny Pancakes
Okay these are absolutely adorable and potentially the most simple breakfast idea on this list.
What do you need?
- Pancake Mix
- Whipped Cream
- Fruit
That’s seriously it! Take it to the next level by serving on adorable Easter themed plates and a core memory will have been achieved!
3. Easter Egg Waffles
Top item on my list to purchase for Easter this year! The only downfall is making one at a time and with 4 kids, that’s kind of a pain. However, I could get these babies cooking while they’re enjoying all their new goodies in their Easter basket.
FYI – It comes with edible food markers! If you’re not into the markers, you could always buy whipped cream & Easter sprinkles to top with!
4. Easter Cookies & Candy Tray
5. Smoked Cinnamon Rolls
This one is probably the hardest to do on the list! While the presentation doesn’t scream Easter the amazing taste and work that go into this will make it sooo special for your family.
What do you need?
- Smoker (or oven)
- Cinnamon rolls
- Butter stick
- Pecan pieces
This recipe is made on the smoker (we’ve tried it, it’s absolutely amazing) BUT it can be made in the oven just as well. Serve on a themed disposable plate and you’re good to go!
6. Bunny Easter Scrambled Eggs
Seriously?! This is a genius Easter breakfast ideas.
What do you need?
- Serving bowls
- Carrot & olives (or blueberries)
- Sliced cheese
- Bacon
- Eggs
Personally, I’d be using blueberries for the eyes but do what works best for your family!
7. Easter Fruit Kabobs
These are PERFECT for little picky eaters! Layer their favorite fruit on a kabob stick and top with a peep!
FYI – Be careful as the ends can be sharp. It would be best to take the fruit off the stick for your littlest littles!
What do you need?
- Peeps
- Fruit
- Kabob sticks
I hope you have a wonderful Easter with your family and friends! Don’t stress making it perfect, just put your heart into it and your kids will have the best holiday with you this year!
