Celebrate your special day with a Daisy Birthday Party! Whether your party is for an adult or a child, you can use some of our details to bring the daisy birthday party theme to your event.
Daisy Birthday Party
First of all, if you’re here, happy almost birthday to your little one! You’ve chosen a SUPER CUTE and under utilized birthday theme that is sure to wow your friends, family and guests. Daisies are absolutely adorable, timeless and classic.
We chose this theme for our daughters 1st birthday because the colors were so warm and welcoming and it let us create a very fresh look. From the floral headband to the green vine balloon strings, you can make a big impact in the small details without spending a fortune!
Find all the details below on what we did, what we used, where we purchased from and more to find the inspiration you need for an adorable daisy themed birthday party!

Daisy Birthday Party Details
It’s time to jump into all the details! As you’re reading through be sure to keep in mind our party was just for immediate family so it was definitely on the smaller size. That being said, you can easily (and fairly inexpensively) take these ideas and adjust the scale as needed.
Daisy Birthday Decorations
Our daisy birthday party decorations consisted mainly of balloons and artificial daisies. Seriously, that’s it! I was able to order everything I needed from Amazon and create the sweetest birthday decorations.
I used yellow and white latex balloons, a helium tank and green vine for the string. They created such a natural and beautiful look that I left up as long as the balloons would float. The feel they gave was similar to having real flowers in your home.
Next, I used loose artificial daisies to decorate the 1st birthday cake. I did soak these to sanitize and allowed them to air dry before placing on our cake.

Birthday Girl Outfit
Onto the outfit because the birthday girl is a decoration all on her own! We purchased the cutest little romper for our 1 year old to wear with adorable snaps in the back. The romper was floral and came in multiple colors. We went with white to best match our theme.
We also purchased an adorable daisy flower crown for the birthday girl to wear while taking photos. Be warned that a 1 year old may not keep such a decoration on for long but it’s SO WORTH IT. I die looking at these photos of our girl!!
This post is all about throwing the most amazing daisy birthday party for your special event!

- Daisy Birthday Cake Topper – This is sooo adorable and a great way to add some color!
- Daisy Cake Topper – Another great option that goes PERFECTLY with the theme
- Daisy Balloons – I mean, this is the total package! This gorgeous balloon arch option will definitely stand out.
- Daisy Flower Crown – This is the darling flower crown our baby girl wore! I have to say, it also looked cute on our older girls as well.
- Floral Baby Outfit – And this is the precious outfit she wore! We weren’t super impressed by the bow but the outfit for that price was a GREAT purchase.
- Birthday Board – Okay, this is a new find I’m obsessed with. I totally wish I would have made one of these for all my kids first birthdays! Share all her precious details for guests to see as they come to celebrate.
- Daisy Cupcake Topper – We are huge fan of cupcakes, especially at a little ones birthday party. Less cutting and serving, more grab and go!
- Yellow & White Balloons – These are the balloons we used. Clearly, I was a huge fan. Look at how adorable they are!!
- Green Vine For Balloon String – This is what we used to attach to our balloons! I had someone reach out and ask how we weighed them done – We just threw some hair clips on the string to add enough weight to hold them down.
- Edible Daisy Candy – This is another find I wish I thought of earlier! Place these all across your cake for an adorable daisy cake! The ones we used worked great too. I just had to sanitize them and remove before serving the cake.
- Daisy Plates – It’s all in the detail!
- Daisy Birthday Plates – Another gorgeous option! I read that these are a bit smaller so don’t plan to serve much aside from dessert or snacks/appetizers on these.
- Daisy Wall Decals – If you have a wall with some color these are great to throw up to celebrate the day! The best part? They are easily removable. My daughters room had a wall with these and they were so adorable!
DON’T FORGET! Grab that helium tank for your balloons the next time you’re at the store. Some of my favorite places to find them are listed below.

Love all of this! Can I ask what size you ordered in the floral romper? Iām torn between 6-12m and 12-18m!
Thanks!
Yes! I ordered the 6-12m. It fit great with some growing room for our daughter. She is on the shorter side and average weight if that helps!
Hello! How did you get the balloons to stay on the ground?
Hello! How did you get the balloons to stay on the ground in the photo of her standing?
Hi Sonia! We just used a balloon pump for those rather than helium. If you don’t have a balloon pump but do have strong lungs you could always just blow them up the old fashion way! š
